Sorry to comment again but think I need to..although it says that file has been repaired I ran my sfc scannow after it was done and it still found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. I used the sfc fix you posted and followed directions exactly. Not sure if I am posting to a bot or a real person here but if you can come up with another fix or know of someone on the forum that helped with this issue elsewhere it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the most recent CBS log that shows the file corruption. This is all just very frustrating, I really do thank you for all your effort in this.
