SFC SCANNOW found corrupt files cannot repair, the iasrecst.dll file

It's in the comment I posted last time but here I will post it again
The log content shows the line "Not using a script file." so it cannot be the log from the instructions in message #17.
Perform the instructions in message #17 again en post the content of SFCFix.log in your next reply.

Sorry to comment again but think I need to..although it says that file has been repaired I ran my sfc scannow after it was done and it still found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. I used the sfc fix you posted and followed directions exactly. Not sure if I am posting to a bot or a real person here but if you can come up with another fix or know of someone on the forum that helped with this issue elsewhere it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the most recent CBS log that shows the file corruption. This is all just very frustrating, I really do thank you for all your effort in this.

I had followed the instructions before not sure why it wasn't working but this new fix finally did the trick. Everything is in working order. Thank you so much for your help!!
