Regarding the missing window tiles, I just need to re-download the apps from window app store?

Good to hear the integrity issue is finally fixed.

Regarding the missing window tiles, yes go ahead and re-download them from the store. Let me know if you have issues.

Thank you and LiquidTension for helping me out and being so patient with me!!
No problem at this point in time (:
Can I just ask one more thing, is it possible to check why whenever I tried to upgrade to windows 10, my computer would stop connecting to the internet?

I can probably provide an educated guess on what's going on if you can provide the following.

Retrieve System Information
1. Download Speccy to your desktop. The setup file will be named spsetup126.exe or something similar.
2. Double-click on this file and install it. Note: Please ensure that you uncheck any foistware that may be presented during the install (i.e. Chrome Browser install).
3. When the program opens it will retrieve some information regarding your system.
4. Once it's done, select the File menu and choose Publish snapshot. Answer Yes to the confirmation message.
5. On the next screen that comes up, choose the Copy to Clipboard button and paste this link in your next reply.

Thanks for the info. I see you have the Broadcom 802.11ac adapter. Many people have had the same issue upgrading to Windows 10.

Another user solved this problem by contacting Dell. Dell provided them with an older driver which fixed the issue. So you may want to contact Dell and let them know your issue and request that they provide you an older driver. Save the file to your desktop. Then go to device manager, right-click on the Broadcom 802.11ac network adapter and uninstall it, upgrade to Windows 10 and then install the driver that was provided with Dell.
Dell downloaded an older Driver version (6.30.223.227) dated 1/28/2014 and it resolved the entire problem.

This is the most likely the issue but I can't say for certain. You will have to make that decision as to whether you will try it or not.

Hope this helps and take care.
