SFCFix didnot repairs all errors in windows 7 system

uninstalled 360 antivirus, Malwarebytes and IOBit system care, IOBit smart defrag and IOBit driver booster from the machine. still getting same error.
cannot update to sp1. also error in cbs.log is same pointing to error with avast anti virus that is already removed. also avast was 32 bit as is my windows but showing errors of avast 64 bit.

This was overwritten. Attempt SP1 again and attach only CBS.log immediately after the attempt.

Running update got error 0x8007043b, error: ERROR_SERVICE_NOT_IN_EXE.
