sfcfix do not show any error. but, sfc scan gives integrity violations. please fix

Right-click the Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
When the command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press enter afterwards.

copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.

Hi, here is the log file .i also noted that the first recommended update.....6928 shown as successful , subsequently become failed updates.
