Also, please do the following:

- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

I still need this: Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (even though you're not having BSOD's): https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod...ows-vista.html

The log file shows 2 issues:
- a problem with your nVidia drivers/programs. Please uninstall all nVidia stuff, then download and install the latest, Win8.1 compatible version
- a problem with the license activation of your system. There are enough signs here that I have to wonder about this installation. Should this be a pirated copy of Windows, please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to). If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.

Please provide the MGADiag report according to these instructions (from this post: Product Key Number - Uninstall and Deactivate in Windows - Page 3 - Windows 7 Help Forums ):
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

Temperatures look OK to me.

thank you very much for the reply

Hi manolo! :smile9:
Try only perfmon, without /report, it will open the perfmon GUI:
- double-left-click data collector set, system, system diagnostics and left-click start
- double-left-click report, system, system diagnostics and left-click the item under it: it should "collecting data for 60 seconds"
If more items are present, delete them all except the one you have just created.
This will generate the needed report.

How could you extract it and upload it here?
I've tried the following operations (and they worked!), but wait for the approval of an administrator/moderator before you proceed (so they can check I'm not doing anything wrong).

And if something isn't clear enough, ask!!!

Hope this helps.

There's an error in the last command (but I can't edit the message):

Code:
icacls perflogs /remove:g YOUR-USER-NAME:f /t /t

should be

Code:
icacls perflogs /remove:d YOUR-USER-NAME /t

Don't worry about the perfmon report - I can live without it.
Please upload the rest of the reports.

This batch file could do the same with few clicks (tested on Windows 8.1):

Thank you very much for everything

sending the report here in report.rar

I hope your answer

I believe that we may be having some language difficulties. I apologize for this.
Please try these 3 things:

Upload Dump Files:
NOTE: If using a disk cleaning utility, please stop using it while we are troubleshooting your issues.
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service. Then post the link to it in your topic so that we can download it.

Also, search your entire hard drive for files ending in .dmp, .mdmp, and .hdmp. Zip up any that you find and upload them with your next post.

Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDump
More info on dump file options here: Overview of memory dump file options for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2

MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

systeminfo:
Please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "systeminfo.exe >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the syteminfo.txt file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .txt file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Thank you very much for everything

unlike having language problems I am because I am Latino

Well all 3 things you asked me to do
I could only make 2

first
Upload Dump Files
I have not been able to do despite the fact that I did what you indicated below
dmp file does not appear any. on my system
and also Minidump directory is empty

I attached the other two
nfo.rar
system info.rar
I await your response
thank you very much again

regards

You are running your system using the Legacy mode in the BIOS. Why aren't you using the UEFI? I find that most Win8/8.1 systems work better when using UEFI.

You seem to have this error in Device Manager:
Dispositivo USB desconocido (Error de solicitud de descriptor de dispositivo) USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\7&2CA87B47&0&4 Este dispositivo funciona correctamente.
This appears to be an unknown USB device.

Please install the latest, Win8.1 compatible chipset drivers and USB 3.0 drivers (if the system is so equipped).
Please remove any USB devices that aren't working properly - then rerun the MSINFO32 report.
*******************************
Other than the above, I don't see any further problems.
Try running this series of commands:
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

If the problem is fixable, you can use this command to repair it (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after typing it:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.

If that doesn't fix it then I am out of ideas.
The only other suggestion that I have is to reinstall Windows (and use the UEFI - not the Legacy BIOS).

Good luck.

Thank you very much for the reply I've been away but we did not respond before Usb unknown error I have since I bought the PC and never could fix it Might you tell me how I change the legacy mode to UEFI bios? I await your response Thanks againRegards
