The three attributes above indicates me that your hard drive is currently on the road to failure. We cannot tell exactly when a hard drive will fail in that state, it can be in years, like it can be months or just a few days. What you need to do right now is to back-up all your personal data that you want to keep, and start looking at a new hard drive to buy to replace your current one, since it is not safe to use anymore.
