Storport.sys latency

F4-3600C18D-16GTZRX IS in the QVL (Memory_QVL_for_3rd_Gen_AMD_Ryzen_Processors) of your MoBo.

Asus prime x470-pro IS NOT in the QVL of your RAM manufacturer (but prime x570 prime is).

Specs: DDR4, 16GB (8GBx2), Dual Channel Kit, 3600MHz, 18-22-22-42, 1.35V, Unbuffered, Non-ECC,
SPD Speed: 2133MHz, SPD Voltage: 1.20V, no fan, Limited Lifetime, Intel XMP 2.0 (Extreme Memory Profile) Ready.
Additional Notes: Rated XMP frequency & stability depends on MB & CPU capability.

Therefore, if you set 2133MHz in your BIOS settings, memtest86 shouldn't report errors.
If you set higher frequencies, memtest86 could show errors.
Theoretically, it shouldn't give errors up to 2666MHz, given that MoBo, CPU and RAM, support that "speed" without overclocking.

Then maybe you guessed the correct configuration for your PC.
