LTSC 2021 doesn't upgrade further as long as I know. Will stay to 21H2 to the end of the service hence the name, 2021.
WinHttpAutoProxySvc is a known vulnerability, I had it running for some time but, when I played a certain game will just fire up very often along with cached shell extensions :
1. Portable Devices even had no USB devices plugged, except mouse and keyboard
2. DLNA Namespace Extension
... so is very clear for me who was using that service and why.
I don't run scripts and disable whatever other see fit, I try to understand first what a service does, and more, observe in time the ramifications only than decide.
For example Sysmain service is a no no, just don't see the point of getting dirt from previous session in the fresh one for the sake of few seconds less on boot, when I disable it though I also cleaned Prefetch folder just to find out 3 days after about 40 files was in the Prefetch folder. Sysmain was still disabled. Black magic? Who used Prefetch folder as cache folder, whoever code their app to exploit Windows Caches folders, and are so many. You can't lock them all but, is worth lock some of the most used.
However that happened only on Win 10 Pro.
One of the reason I did create 2 posts on this forum was that the Cryptographic Service is not ok and pose a gateway for OS corruption, I see it as window of health of a particular OS installation, dberr.txt is not just a meaningless log and I don't ignoring it.
However if you ca not help with the C svc, I thank you for the rest.
