SUR Errors - can't find those packages!

It does not matter as long as W7 is licenced.

I honestly don't know. It shows itself as yes. But after all those problems I suspect weird things, even it might be cracked.
Might we try another try with w7 before update ? I had received permission to update, but asked me to try more again if possible.

At this point I would really recommend the upgrade as the fastest way.

1. Download the Media Creation Tool and save this to your desktop. Go ahead and run this as well. Note: Click the Download tool now button when you get to this link.
2. Accept the License Agreement
3. Download the ISO file to your desktop.
4. Double-click on the ISO and then run the setup to try and upgrade your machine.

We want to get the ISO so that you don't have to keep downloading which can take hours.

I trying to run setup - and it stuck on "Checking your PC" forever ... or at least for a day ...

Disconnect from the internet and retry. Also, unplug any unnecessary devices.
