The fix is downloaded and on my desktop but I'm getting an error that says no fixlist.txt found, the first time I did it there wasn't any issue so not sure if I may be doing something wrong.

I restarted my machine to try it again with no luck, for some reason my event viewer said it's location had been moved. This is new. Also have a lot of errors that haven't been there before related to search saying the catalog index is corrupt. Now I'm really afraid I'm causing more damage.

Weird. I don't see anything wrong with the filename fixlist.txt. Make sure the file itself is on your desktop, not a shortcut.
Maybe your disk is failing. How old is this machine and the disk ?

Click on the Start button and typ in the searchbox CMD.
If CMD is listed above, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
A black windows Command Prompt appears, cope and paste following command into it and press enter.
reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\Version" /s

When completed, take a screenshot of the Command Prompt windows and paste it into your next reply.

I did notice something odd in my windows servicing version folder, there are 2 folders and one is empty. It's the newer version as well. The disk is good I just ran a disk check and everything came back fine. The laptop is a few years old but is like new. I did save the fixlist to the desktop same as the last one that ran fine but this one won't run. I have provided screenshots of everything.

Instead of fixlist.txt the file is named fixlist (1).txt. Note the space between fixlist and (1)
Rename it to fixlist, the extension .txt seems to be hidden.
Next follow the instructions in message #23 to run FRST64 again.

Success! Thank you, it ran. Still get error 3 in DISM though.
