Okay, at least you're SYSTEM hive doesn't appear to be completely corrupt, what mode is your disk controller set in the UEFI/BIOS?

Good to hear.
Seems like I had accidentally left it on RAID mode, but changing it to AHCI still gives me the "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE" BSOD.

The output of the command is in the attached picture. It seems to be configured, I think.
I also fixed the typo "storachi" to "storahci" in the command.

That service configuration appears to be fine, have you tried setting your UEFI firmware settings back to their defaults?
