At this point in time i am very angry with the POS supplier so i am going to get them to install the backoffice on another computer and look around for another POS SYstem for my business. I don't particualrly want to spend any money on fixing this as I don't have problems with any other programs on my PC, I pay them extra for support already and can't help but feel there service is rubbish.
I am unable to do the above because i don't know what to do for the update part - he was doing that remotely. I won't go any further with this now, i think it is wasting your time and mine but i do still appreciate all the help that you have given me to date and I made a small donation to the site yesterday when I thought we had fixed the problem.
