Two failed windows updates

I used the upgrade this pc option (it just said I could keep the files but not the settings)

Hence why I don't want to use it Also, I would like it to fail on my system at least once, so I could investigate what's wrong and hopefully find a fix for it, so Sysnative could offer assistance to users that cannot upgrade via Windows Update. Even thought you upgraded to 1511, the two Windows Updates in the OP are still failing?

OK, I get what you're saying, the reason I did download (knowing that I wouldn"t be able to keep the settings) was because windows kept trying to download by itself.(they need to go back to where you could choose if you wanted to download or not).Keep in touch if you find a solution and thx.

I will :) Also I'm surprised that I didn't get the upgrade yet, and that upgrade should allow me to use Cortana as well.
