Most likely several files belonging to the updates are missing!

Any system optimizer or registry cleaner was used on the machine?

Hi,

Do you have the Feature Desktop Experience installed on the server?

Good.

- Open Start Menu and on the search box type Disk Cleanup, right click this entry and select Run as Administrator
- select only the option to clean Windows Update, after the tool finish the work open the folder C:\Windows\Logs\CBS and copy the files DeepClean.log and CBS.log to the Desktop, zip both files and attach to your post.
