Unable to Install KB4556846 on Server 2012 R2

I tried it with an administrative command prompt, and then rebooted and tried again. This is the message I'm still getting:

Has the latest bios been applied?

Yes, the physical system is a Dell R710 and the BIOS had been updated last year to version 6.6.0. I have other VMs, besides this one, running Server 2012 R2 on the same physical machine and they don't have the problem this one does. It's a bit frustrating.
