[SOLVED] Update Windows 8.1 - 10 error 0x8007042B - 0x2000D

File not found (I also looked via command prompt). The only setup file found in the given path is setupapi.app.

Attach that one and also the files C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log and C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log to your next reply.
 
There are some remnants for the "Hewlett Packard - Imaging - Null Print - HP Deskjet 3510 series" printer but currently only software for a "HP ENVY 110 series" is installed.
Is the first one obsolete and is the "HP ENVY 110 series" printer still in use ?
If not, uninstall all HP software, which are:
HP ENVY 110 series Ajuda
HP ENVY 110 series Estudo de aprimoramento de produtos
HP ENVY 110 series Software básico do dispositivo
HP Update
 
After uninstalling the HP 3510 serial and HP Envy printers and cleaning the registry, nothing was found (through Farbar), windows update still made available the driver for Null Print HP 3510 series.
 
Try to install KB5022352 only and report the result.
 
The update was installed and asked to restart the device. Afterwards, I uninstall it, reversing the operation, informing that "Windows could not look for new updates.", according to the link:

Okay. We were still fixing the issues but the owner can always decide to abort a thread and perform a clean install.
