There are no additional language packs installed.

That's good. It means the issues were fixed. If you wish we can wrap it up here. If you'd rather have the three files fixed as well, upload a fresh copy of your components hive.
 
I had 5 more updates from this month's patch release and all 5 of them installed successfully.
