[SOLVED] Updates in Win7 refuse to run.

Looks like the keys are gone. Like I thought, these were volatiles and therefore were only present for a certain time on your system :)

So, all is good now? No more issues?
Thanks so much for your assistance, I really appreciate it. It kept me from doing a clean install and re-install of all my other s/w.

I've done a restore point, and full backup with the system as it stands right now.
