Managed to get WinRE.wim from the Windows10 ISO, but now this happened

Got into the recovery environment once I tried again but there is no option to open Command Prompt

Am I doing this right? I am not in recovery environment since it does not let me enter command prompt there but this is what happened when I try it

Is this partition converted from MBR to GPT in the past?

I am not sure what it means since I only migrated my OS from my HDD to SSD back then, maybe that happened?
