[SOLVED] Very slow Boot after Windows Update

I just ran their online diagnostic test and it found that the hard drive is failing and a free replacement is covered by my warranty. After the test I entered my shipping address and ordered a replacement drive. Thank you for all you've done in helping me resolve this problem!
 
I can't think of anything at the moment but if I do run into another problem I'll let you know. Thanks again!
