Virus & threat service has stopped

Thanks, Moduli. I would like you, however, to post also the Addition log, which is located in your Downloads folder.

Hi, muduli.

I got through the topic, and I just noticed something I should see from the beginning: there is evidence that your operating system is not activated.

May I ask why? Is there any issue with the activation process or is there a possibility for non-genuine Windows? If the latter is the case, unfortunately I can't help you: it is against the forum's rules, plus, it is the best way to infect a computer. No reason to clean it now, since it will get infected soon or later.

We can check it with the following command:
  • Press Windows icon on your Desktop, together with the letter R.
  • Type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following command and press Enter:
Code:
slmgr /dli
  • After running the command, you will get a report. Please take a screenshot of what you got and attach it in your next reply.

hey I have activated my os (operating system ) through
"command prompt" through some videos idk what was that actually
It wasn't activated from the beginning or might said that it's
but how can it affect some security services?

As you see, your system is activated with the help of KMS service. This maybe is due to several reasons: you bought the license from a questionable site or store, the computer belongs to a company, or you used KMS service to activate the operating system.

Have in mind that KMS Client and Volume MAK product keys, are volume license keys that are not-for-resale. They are issued by organizations for use on client computers associated in some way with the organization. Using such keys as an ordinary user is not legal.

As I said above, we don't provide help if the operating system is not legally activated, with either OEM or Retail license. A not activated system consists a security risk, and it will give you many issues in the future. Making the long story short, it is a waste of time to clean a not activated operating system, since soon or later it will have issues.

Let me know your thoughts.

Actually, you need to buy a retail license for your Windows.

Be careful, however, because some sellers sell Volume licenses, which are mainly used by large companies, to ordinary users. They claim that they sell in a low price, but this type of licenses may cause issues at a later stage. In other words, they are not legal for ordinary users. So, if you don't buy from Microsoft directly, make sure that the license you are getting is Retail.

When you activate your Windows with a genuine license, we can continue cleaning the computer, if you wish.
