[W10ProV1703b15063 x64] Update to 1709 stops at 30% - Rollback

Did you notice anything been repaired?

Also when the initial FRST fix script run and rebooted did you notice if Windows installed updates?

the last drive is as of now scanning, takes 9 hours. I'm goig to bed now. Sorry if I had a rough tone. I appreciate that you are trying to help me! It's a difficult situation, because of video productions that are due. And this rig is our only rendermachine. I'll let it run overnight and tell you if somehing has changed!

It's important to check the two other drives because they contain files used by the Operating System.

After the scan complete let the system boot normally and post the result.

Edit: And about the updates?

I don't think I can see it. drive letters are weird. My d drive for example is labeld F: and i have no drive description for y: therfore I don't know size or purpose.

That is normal inside Recovery.

On the Command Prompt type:
Code:
diskpart

Inside the DISKPART> prompt type:
Code:
list volume

You should see a partition labeled System-reserviert with a drive letter assigned take note of the drive and exist diskpart by typing exit

Back to the Command Prompt type:
Code:
chkdsk /r [B][COLOR=#ff0000]Z[/COLOR]:[/B]

Note: Replace Z with the drive letter you find on the previous step.

Let me know if chkdsk run this time.

Nothing found. I have 3 500 mb drives detekted. 1 labeld as restore. 2 of the drivs contain a 0 byte recovery txt and are mostly full. 1 is labled boot and empty. I chkdsked all drives 0 errors found. Nothing changed

I think you should have one volume with the value System on the Info column corresponding to the System-reserviert partition that is where the Windows boot files are stored!

Lets check what changed please run another FRST scan with the BCD option checked.
