When you used Revo Uninstall to remove remnanats, are you sure you did the following?

1. Selected Uninstall from within Revo
2. Chose Yes to uninstall Office.
3. Once the Uninstall was complete, selecting Advanced from within Revo screen and then clicking Scan.
4. When the scan finishes, clicking Delete BEFORE clicking Next. You will likely be prompted to click Delete a second time as well for any remaining folders.

Just want to confirm as this has always worked for me.

Sure, i've already used Revo, so i know how it works. I know that its hard to understand what's wrong but otherwise i wuold have solved it by me..

OK, I have some other ideas. We'll have to coordinate a time when we are both online because it will involve uninstalling it again. What time zone are you in and what's a good two hour block that you will be available and can do without Office? Give me a couple different 2-hour blocks and we'll coordinate.

I know you said it but just want to confirm that you are in fact using the 64-bit version of Office?
