[SOLVED] WIN 2019 physical server install update and rolls back after reboot continously KB5026362

Can You explain me what is HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\bam\State\UserSettings\S-1-5-18\\Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\dsregcmd.exe ? This service starts process dsregcmd ?

Maybe this is part of health service ?

It's the Background Activity Monitor process and shouldn't be responsible for starting it, its usually just used to manage the process while it runs in the background. I believe it's used in conjuction with DAM.

I would open MSConfig and then make sure that DSRegCmd process hasn't been set to start at login or boot. Otherwise, check under scheduled tasks as well.

You are god of windows update !!! You are right it was task in task scheduler after disabling windows update completed. It is strange because this task is on other machines and everything works fine... Please mark this issue as resolved
