Hello There!
I'm trying to install KB4534310 but it fails at every attempt.
I'm not super expert in this kind of topic, got VERY BASIC skills in sys admin, can open a cmd but really copy\paste commands from online suggestions.
I tried several resolutions without solving, the DISM run failed tho, error message "The restorehealth option is not recognized in this context."
Please find attached the CBS log (link, the zip was too big...) and component scanner.
CBS link from one drive
Any suggestion to help solve will be super appreciated. Please consider you might have to explain to me how to do "basic" stuff, in case *blushing*
Thanks,
Raf

Hello and welcome,

Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log.
  1. Download SURT for your system. (Windows 7 SP1 x64)
  2. Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go through the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes).
  3. On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log.
  4. Attach this log to your next reply.
Alternatively, if these instructions are unclear for you, you can follow the tutorial below.
System Update Readiness Tool (SURT)

Hi Peter!
i appreciate your help! :)
Ok, i found the log full of stuff. To be fair i was sure it was failed because, when i tried to download it earlier, SURT was 413KB rather than 513MB
However, it worked (somehow?)
Please find attached the requested log!
thanks!

Hi Peter,
step 2 failed for both KBs, error code 0x80070490, unable to find element
So, if uninstall failed because element was not found... did it really failed? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

There is a hacktool present or remnants of it to use Windows and / or Office not legitimately.
It is against the rules to help people with an illegal operating system or other illegally used programs.
Hacktools can make your system slower and also less secure.
Do you agree that we continue to do a repair attempt for this computer that will also remove the hacktool ?

Hi Peter,
please point to me the hacktool and i will remove it before starting the operation. PC has a genuine OEM system, and is not my hands daily, so i'm not aware of any hacked software. I'm sorry for this, will investigate later with family :)
And yes, i do agree to remove it and going ahead, of course :)
