I tried starting in safe mode and it does the same thing. Also every time I restart my computer it goes to these two screens as well.
I use Norton for antivirus.

I'm glad you mentioned that! Please back up any important data to external media immediately, the drive is predicting that it will fail soon.

What would you recommend? Only thing important to me on it is my pictures and videos.

Yes, anywhere possible - online, CD/DVD, flash drives, etc.

Hi I am having issues with the windows automatic repair circle again. When you helped fix it the first time it was a registry issue. Could that be the case again?
