One more question, as far as I know, Windows 10 doesn't have insider previews any more, so is it necessary for me to quit the insider program?

There are still insider builds for Windows 10, see this thread: Windows 10 Insider Release Preview

But you can always leave the Insider Program, but I would make a full image first before doing that. Just to avoid any strange issues while the system is rolling back to the last stable build.
