Please do the following.

FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
3. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
4. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
5. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.

Please do the following.

Step#1 - SFCFix Script
Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.
  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. If you still have this on your desktop from downloading previously, you don't need to re-download.
  2. Download the file below, SFCScript.txt, and save this to your Desktop.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCScript.txt.
  5. Drag the file SFCScript.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please
  9. You will also see three files on your desktop. Sysnative1.zip, Sysnative2.zip & Sysnative3.zip. Please also attach these files to your next reply.

I have a problem with Sysnative1.zip because his size is 247 mb ( indeed the MEMORY.DMP has an unzipped size of 999 mb ) . Do you want that i remove the memory.dmp file only from Sysnative1.zip in order to reduce his size ?

1. Go to the Asus website and download the most up-to-date Video Card driver for your computer and install it. Also can you tell me the exact make/model of your computer?
2. Once that is done I believe we need to rebuild your BCD. Are you familiar with how to do this? I believe EasyBCD can do it however I've never used a tool to do it. I always did it manually.

1) My Video card driver is already up to date . About my computer , i have assemblied it by my self with an asus X99 rampage 5 motherboard and a 5960x processor .

However , i suppose that the problem could come from my M2 PCIE SSD . This is this one : Samsung SM951 256GB M.2 NGFF SSD 8Gb/s x4 MZHPV256HDGL-00000: Amazon.fr: Informatique

2) I don't know how to rebuild BCD but there is an option in EasyBCD . Perhaps i will make it a try .

Secondly , at start of EasyBCD , i have this message :

On the other hand , don't you think that it could come from UEFI or not UEFI mode activated in the bios ?
 
Let's do a step at a time. Is it an option for you to remove the video card from your computer and use the built-in video to attempt the Windows 10 upgrade? We can always put it back in after the upgrade.
 
Sadly the 5960x has not built-in video but i can make a try tomorrow with an amd rx 470 from another PC .

I tried several drivers but a have the same error . :banghead:
 
I tried to rebuild BCD but it doesn't change the problem .

I think that the best solution is to start with a new installation .
