[SOLVED] [Win7SP1] Jan 2017 Security KB3212646 does not update?

Now attempt to install KB3212646 again. When it fails please provide me a copy of your current CBS.log. You can copy the file from c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log to your desktop and then zip up and attach.
 
Thanks. Looks like there are still some things with your disk we need to fix.

1. Click your Start button and then right-click on Computer and choose Manage.
2. When Computer Management opens, click on Disk Management on the left hand side.

Can you screen shot what is shown? For example, mine shows the following.

Interesting...:huh:

The CBS log after the last install attempt is now 25MB so I cannot attached it, however..KB3212646 has installed!!!! See the slide attached..

I also installed 2 pending updates after KB3212646 OK.

Is my issue fixed?

If so can I reinstall Avast and peer blocker?

Did they have any link to this issue?

Excellent. You are all set. I don't believe the software that we uninstalled caused the issue but I needed to be sure. So yes you may re-install.
