I had five important updates and 9 recommended. I went with the important ones first. Four out of the five installed successfully. The one that did not was KB4025341 2017-07 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based systems. It gave me an error code 80070490.

When I tried to zip the CBS file, it asked me if I wanted to send it to the desktop, and I said yes, it then told me that "File not found or no read permission". I restarted and tried again, but still got the same error.
 
Looks like this was just a check for updates, the previous log must have been archived.

Please try installing the update that failed again then, when it fails, zip and attach the CBS log
