[SOLVED] Window 7 64 bits unable to update & PINTLGB.IMD corrupted ,unable to fix

There's some more registry information I need, you'll need to export and upload it.

Export registry as hive



  1. Click on the Start
    Start%20Orb.jpg
    button and in the search box, type regedit
  2. When you see regedit on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  3. When regedit opens, using the left pane, navigate to the following registry key and select it by clicking on it once.


    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SideBySide


  4. Once selected, click File > Export....
  5. Change the Save as type: to Registry Hive Files (*.*)
  6. Name this file SideBySide (with no file extension) and save it to your Desktop.
  7. Right click on the file (SideBySide) and choose Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder. Attach SideBySide.zip with your reply.
 
Do you know if there any language packs installed?
Which edition of Windows 7 do you have (Pro, Enterprise, Home, etc)?
 
Would it be possible for you to uninstall all language packs until we get Windows Update working again?
 
Can't uninstall them .. Keep showing "An error has occurred. Not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled ". Capture.PNG

Cant install it ...KB2670838 cant install .. KB2533623 & KB2731771 (Update not applicable on your computer ) .. These are 3 prerequisite update that cant be installed ..

Please run SFC /scannow again then attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log when it completes.
 
Please upload cbs.persist.log or the most recent cbs.persist cab file from C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\ if there is not a cbs.persist.log
