[SOLVED] Window Server 2019 fails to install KB5046615

Hi sorry for the delay it got stuck all day searching for updates so I rebooted and started again last night.

The in-place update completed and after a reboot has installed the problematic update and it's also on the latest build now - woohoo

It's asking to be activated again but all seems well :)
