Also by any chance do you know what caused these issues to happen so I can try to prevent this from happening in the future.

The corruption could be caused by many things for example it could be bad memory or hardware issues, the machine hard powering off during a power outage or simply crashing because of a software bug.
You mentioned a BSOD in a previous post. If this is something occuring regularly you may want to get this checked out. There is a separate forum on sysnative for BSOD's etc here.
