[SOLVED] Windows 10 1803 can't update to 1809 0x80070002, 0x80240034

Hello!
I found this thread because I have a similar problem. File "msil_microsoft.powershel..agnostics.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_1.0.0.0_ru-ru_9e1a97dfb89d0f6d.manifest" included by LittleBitFrog is corrupted the same way as mine - it consists of only zeroes. However, corect file can be found inside the "install.esd" WIM archive on the Windows 10 installation media. But when I tried to replace this file inside the SFCFix.zip archive, SFCFix.exe cannot unpack my zip file. I tried built-in ZIP functionality of Windows and the 7-Zip archiver, no luck. Can you tell me what tool are you using to create archives which are readable by SFCFix.exe?
My system is russian too, I include the correct file with my post.
