[SOLVED] Windows 10 booting into "Recovery"

It's a shame you don't have a DVD drive installed . I purposely have it on all 3 of my computers. You're going to have to download a Windows 10 ISO which has the whole system: Redirecting or as an alternative for around $30.00 U.S., purchase a potable USB Drive.

I have created a iso recovery, that's how I'm getting into cmd prompt. can't save data in recovery using this method, only alternative is install windows
losing apps and data. I do have cd/dvd drive on my pc and on broken pc, found a blank cd and created repair disc but it doesn't boot into windows

Apps are easy to reinstall. If you have a backup of your data, go ahead and install Windows. If not, there are methods of recovery, but unless we can get them off your disc, it gets expensive. I recommend at least 2 backup sources plus the cloud to all users.

I opted to reinstall windows losing apps and data.
Owner had locked external usb drive with adequate data backup.
Thank you all who tried to assist.
