Windows Update tries to install KB4524570 now, which failed with error 0x800736b3. Logs attached and uploaded.

I tried to install the 1909 upgrade via the Windows Media Creation Tool, which worked

I hope the problem doesn't reappear when the next cumulative update is released. I think we're done for now ☺
