Another try you can do: disable HDMI in BIOS settings (AtihdWT6.sys caused problems recently).

I'm not sure where hdmi is in bios. I'll take a look now, yes I disabled them. I don't think I need those. The audio I definitely don't. I use an external sound device connected through usb.

Yep just tried looking, there wasn't anything there about HDMI in bios. I found spidif or something in there, disabled that. I have a bunch of stuff I don't need disabled, still no help.
Often is in "onboard vga settings".

I didn't see that. I went up and down in the bios and didn't see to much.
