Windows 10 LTSB 2016 fails to update and DISM Fails also

Follow these instructions to install an update with DISM.
  • Open the Start menu of Windows and type CMD.
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, select the option Run as administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following command into it, and press enter. (Leave the CMD window open!)
Code:
MD C:\WUTemp
  • Now, download the following update (KB5032391) to: C:\WUTemp - Or copy this file from the download directory to C:\WUTemp. (Important!)
    Downloadlink: KB5032391
  • Copy and paste the following commands one at a time into the command prompt and press enter after each.

EXPAND.exe windows10.0-kb5032391-x86_207416cc435db64b037d353a8693ccdaf83144fd.msu -f:* C:\WUTemp
DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\WUtemp\Windows10.0-KB5032391-x86.cab

Can you please make the link publicly for the Proc mon log.

Please reboot the system and try to install KB5032391 with DISM again.
 
The Proc mon log does not reveal useful info rather than a possible issue with the TxR log files. So I wonder if you get the same error after the reboot and attempting to install KB5032391 with DISM again.
 
Do you get the same message when you try to install the following SSU with DISM?

  • Open the startmenu and type the command cmd.
  • After you find the Command Prompt, right click on it and select Run as Administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following into the Command Prompt and press enter.

Right-click on the file FRST.exe and choose Run as administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following (code) into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.

  • When the scan is complete, a message will display that SearchReg.txt is saved in the same folder FRST was started from.
  • Post the logfile SearchReg.txt as attachment in your next reply.
 
Please do the same for another KB-number.

I'll need to setup a 32 bit VM (W10 - 1607) to reproduce some things, so this can take some time.

  • Click the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  • When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press enter afterwards.

    chkdsk
  • Wait for this to complete.

ListChkdskResult.exe and save it on your desktop.
  • Rightclick ListChkdskResult.exe and select Run as administrator.
  • Notepad will open the file ListChkdskResult.txt on completion. (This logfile ListChkdskResult.txt is also saved on your desktop.)
  • Post the logfile ListChkdskResult.txt as attachment in your next reply.
