I followed #16's request and that's the SFCFix file after I finished running it

You are not using SCFfix with the attached ZIP-file. Please drag and drop the attached ZIP-file into SFCFix.exe and post the result.

Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
