Windows 10 stuck at kernel boot, spinning circle

Download/unzip nirsoft DriveLetterView.
Assign a letter (with diskpart) to Volume 18 (FAT32), that should be the ESP (efi system partition).
Then launch this command (you should change it according to the drive and directory where you put driveletterview):
Code: 
"DriveLetter:\This Is A Path With Spaces As An Example\driveletterview.exe" /sort 6 /stext "DriveLetter:\This Is A Path With Spaces As An Example\NumberedHardDiskVolumes.txt"
Then post the content of NumberedHardDiskVolumes.txt.

Real example:
"E:\Applicazioni\Programmi portable di NIRSOFT\driveletterview x64 1.50\driveletterview.exe" /sort 6 /stext "E:\Applicazioni\Programmi portable di NIRSOFT\driveletterview x64 1.50\NumberedHardDiskVolumes.txt"

Harddiskvolume20 is also listed under the boot manager, i.e. bcdedit seems tò be correct.
How long have you tried to wait, when you booted and didn't choose/touch anything?
 
Was you trying to remove a stubborn driver?
I tried recently to remove two-three old easeus partition master drivers (2013): I used different tools, SC included, but only removing them with regedit worked.
With the other tools, windows got stuck before the login (your exact same situation).

Did you try to remove the nvme disk, then to re-seat it?

Thank you for your answer.

I tried repairing my PC after it was unable to boot when I did "diagnostic startup" in msconfig. I tried undoing it using internet. I think I did also remove AMD GPU driver. So maybe what you are saying is true.

I didn't try re-seating it. It does work just fine, I copied files off of it to the backup OS
