Windows 10, unable to install KB4524570, error 0x800f0831

Under parameters -> hour and language -> language -> Windows display language there is only French (switzerland) which is the correct language. It is the only one in the list.

If I should check at another location let me know.
 
I can't edit anymore, so here is a new post.

In the systray near the clock, I had the keyboard layout selector with 2 languages: swiss french and french, but the french language was not installed. I installed the french language then I removed it.

The keyboard layout selector disappeared but I still got the error 0x80073712
 
Let's see if this works:

  1. Download the Media Creation Tool and save this to your desktop. Go ahead and run this as well. Note: Click the Download tool now button when you get to this link.
  2. Accept the License Agreement
  3. Download the ISO file to your desktop.
  4. Double-click on the ISO and then run the setup to try and upgrade your machine.



We want to get the ISO so that you don't have to keep downloading which can take hours.

I had to go when the installation process seemed to be stuck at 32%.
When I came back, the desktop was on the screen and no updates were made.
If the same thing happened that before you tried to help me, the window with the update was just killed without touching anything.

Because I was not in front of the screen, I started the process again to confirm what happened.

I tried again, the update was stuck at 32% for more than 25 minutes,
I tried to capture a Procmon log because I thought it would be useful but the graphic driver crashed and my screen was black, had to hard reboot.
 
I uninstalled the driver and launched the upgrade from the ISO.
It went fine until 100%, show a message "your computer is going to reboot" but never rebooted.
I rebooted the computer and the computer reinstalled the driver by istelf. Now even with the driver installed the update goes up to 100%, show the message that it is going to reboot and stays like this.
I tried to open procmon, a message that say "not enough memory" appears and I can not launch it.
I tried a last time with window defender disabled, I uninstalled some software like a VPN for my work, but nothing changed. When I pressed the Windows button from the keyboard to display the Desktop, the screen showed a blue background at a low resolution with a windows that was like a command prompt but without header, after 10ish seconds, a welcom message appeared like a restarted the computer and then showed the Desktop, like nothing happened.

  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

After the script I tried to update with Procmon, but had to reboot because my screen went black without any message.
Then I tried to update and got an error 0x800f081f

I had to start procmon at 15% of the update because otherwise procmon crashed everytime.
Usually it goes fine until 20%, remains like this for 1 minute or more, then the progress bar goes really fast at 44%, goes up to 100% and fail.
