[SOLVED] Windows 10 update and problems

OK
In file explorer Ive taken ownership of folder and subfolder/files
"amd64_microsoft-windows-edge-edgecontent_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17134.48_none_39c05a58b027e8d1"
It came up with error file edgecontent.dll missing, press continue
and finally replaced corrupted EdgeContent.dll OKB with the file in SFCFix EdgeContent.dll 4372,992
then restored ownership back to trusted installer
so that file now should be intact
next step please

It seems start button is still non fictional,
windows keyboard key no response
Microsoft Edge Class not registered
Store Class not registered
right mouse click on desktop / select display settings "this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action"
right mouse personalized "this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action"

Tried that
Nothing comes up when I select
control Panel > Programs > Default Programs
Set your default programs I can click on it but there's no response

Tried SFC /scannow

goes through 100% but still nothing

tried
Ctrl alt del
task manager
File run new task
cmd with admin selected
powershell

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

took awhile lots of red messages
finished
reboot still nothing
not sure how to attach the red error messages in cmd prompt

Hi again! Since I am a Windows Update Expert and it appears I have resolved your SFC/DISM issues, and Windows Update is operating normally I would recommend that you go ahead and ask for advice in our Windows 10 forum as people there may be more knowledgeable in general troubleshooting than myself.
