Windows 10 update and shut down problem

Please skip this step and try the other step which involved DISM. If you are able to successfully revert the pending actions, then please run SFC again and let me know the result.

DISM /Image:C:\ /Cleanup-Image /revertpendingactions /ScratchDir:C:\Scratch
Command output:

Error: 87

The /Image option that is specified points to a running Windows installation.
To service the running operating system, use the /Online option. For more information, refer to the help by running DISM.exe /Online /?

DISM /Image:C:\ /Cleanup-Image /revertpendingactions /ScratchDir:C:\Scratch
Command output:

Error:2

Unable to access the image. Make sure that the image path and the Windows directory for the image exist and you have Read permissions on the folder.

Thank you for your help. I will save my personal data and reinstall windows later, I think it will be better that way. What should I do with this thread?

I'm not sure why you can't access that the Windows folder? If you still want to try something before doing a complete clean install, then you can try the following:
  1. Pause Windows Updates so the same update won't get offered again
  2. Reboot the system and see if it carries out the repairs it wishes to
  3. If Step 2 fails, then delete the following file: %systemroot%\WinSxS\pending.xml and then reboot the system
  4. Run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  5. Run sfc /scannow
