Windows 11 Professional - Error Install error - 0x800705b9 and 0x800700c1

Been unable to update for a while now. When I try SFC /scannow, I get "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service." Tried to run a few of the recommended fixes online, to no avail. When I run the recommended DISM command I get "Error: 0x800f081f" I also tried an in-place upgrade that fails. I've attached the requested files in the troubleshooting thread. Appreciate any help that can be provided!

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
