Windows 2022 failing to install KB5049983

I am getting error when update.
Error: There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80073701)

Mounted the ISO and did
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:\Sources\SxS /LimitAccess
sfc /scannow
Neither fine any issues.
