Can you retry ProcMon steps but from Clean Boot mode?

My SURT basically doesnt fill the progress bar at all and never gets past "initializing installation..." so it takes anywhere between 20-40 minutes for the error to come up, having a hard time getting the results youre hoping for, but heres quite a large file it should hold some potential results in it.

Can you try completely uninstalling AVG with its removal tool and retrying SURT? Something is not right here. I have never seen this happen before and need to inspect a lot of things to uncover the cause.

I uninstalled then attempted to use the SURT and the process only took about 30 seconds this time, it said "initializing...done!" but then immediately after "installing update (KB947821)...failed"

Yes in the CBS folder, I zipped it up and posted in the drive

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
6. SFCFix will now process the script.
7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put
   tags around the log to break up the text.

Try running SURT from Clean Boot state now.

Attach CheckSUR.log regardless of the result.

The installation completed, and I updated the cbs file with the checksurlog in it

That did not work as expected. Would you be willing to upgrade to Windows 10?

I ran SURT again but it seems were back at the initial problem, just says updates were not installed after a while, updated cbs zip and put in drive

Please completely remove AVG from your system using its removal tool while we troubleshoot to see if it gets us anywhere.

Ran SURT again after uninstalling AVG and after a couple hours it said the installation was complete, but the windows update error is still occurring
