Windows 7 boot BSoD - Corrupt Registry?

Yes, it worked.
Which means I'm back to the thing I was trying to fix before, which is that the system isn't successfully performing a DHCP handshake and is reverting to the APIPA address so it doesn't connect to the internet.
We had actually fixed that at some point in the original thread, but then I ended up with that BSoD somehow.
