Are they all failing in the same way? They install, and once you restart your computer, the changes are reverted?

yes, it's the same for all.

When you said you tried to install it manually, was it via Windows Update, by selecting one and installing it, or did you download the .msu straight from the Microsoft Download Center (or Windows Update Catalog) and tried to install it that way?

I tried all one by one via Windows update and i just tried KB3093513 and KB3154070 .msu

Do you have your Windows 7 installation media, or a Recovery media for it?

I have a Windows 7 installation media, do I have to repair via this media ?

You could do a Repair Install using your installation media.
