Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. If you still have this on your desktop from downloading previously, you don't need to re-download.
Download the file below, SFCScript.txt, and save this to your Desktop.
Save any open documents and close all open windows.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCScript.txt.
Drag the file SFCScript.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
SFCFix will now process the script.
Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please

OK, since it failed using the tool, let's do this manually. Please do the following.
1. Copy the following file to your desktop.
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_49_for_KB3023562~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.2.cat
2. Then copy the one that was placed on the desktop and paste into the following folder:
C:\Windows\System32\catroot\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}
3. Then rename the one on the desktop to 0582FDC4A9261030A6881CBEC7CF563F93867415491F84C2E4BCE3677866D37C.cat
4. Then copy this newly renamed one to C:\Windows\WinSxS\Catalogs
When i try to copy it into catalogs it says i don't have permission. When i try to give myself permission it says access denied. My account is already admin.
No problem. We'll make this easier. I'm assuming that you now have a file on your desktop named 0582FDC4A9261030A6881CBEC7CF563F93867415491F84C2E4BCE3677866D37C.cat

Step#1 - Search Registry
1. Click on the Start
button and click on Control Panel
2. Click on the Programs group.
3. Click the link Turn Windows features on or off
4. Leave that screen open while we perform the next steps. Basically this loaded your components hive for us.
5. Download FRST64 to your desktop.
6. Open FRST64.exe and then type kb3023562 into the Search box and then click on the Search Registry button.
7. When the search completes a notepad window will open. Please post the contents of this into your next post.
8. You may now close the Turn Windows features on or off screen.
