Also is that normal that COMPONENTS registry does not detach (even when "Windows Features" window closed)?
And "Windows features" still almost empty.

And "Windows features" still almost empty.
The COMPONENTS hive is unloaded automatically when not needed.
"Windows features" is still empty because of the issues not repaired yet.

The logs are smaller, but it takes soooo long to process SURT... How many iterations do you think it can take more?

I don't know how much fixes are remaining. You had 412536 errors in the SURT log and we are now at around 100 so almost done.
Please translate the text below from the file fixlog.txt into English. Google Translate can't do it:
ЋЇҐа жЁп гбЇҐи® § ўҐаиҐ .
========= Конец от CMD: =========
Реестр Windows ====>  ᯥ譮 襭.
Had to use
Universal online Cyrillic decoder - recover your texts to decode.
"ЋЇҐа жЁп гбЇҐи® § ўҐаиҐ ." - "Операция успешно завершена" - "Operation completed successfully"
"Конец от CMD:" - "The end of/from CMD"
"Реестр Windows" - Windows registry
" ᯥ譮 襭." - this is undecodable, only a few letters are readable: "я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜ я┐╜спешно я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜я┐╜шеня┐╜." - from "спешно" and "шен" I make conclusion that it is also "Операция успешно завершена" - "Operation completed successfully"
